"Ryan went above and beyond in every area for us. We visited one of the houses where he was the realtor representing the seller just casually looking at houses from out of town. We weren't interested in buying that house and generally weren't serious buyers at the time. Ryan kindly offered to show us other houses in the area after we told him that we were not serious buyers. He volunteered his time to help anyway and was very professional in his approach. He had lined up houses in the area where we were looking while we went on lunch break and had 3 houses ready for us to visit by the time we were done with lunch. We ended up really liking one of the houses and ended up buying the house. We were unable to move into the house for about a month and a half after we bought it because we had to line up our move from out of town. Ryan checked on the house frequently for us, turned off the water pipes for us, set the temperature in the house, and helped arrange painters getting into the house to paint before we arrived. He also arranged an out-of-town closing for us, as we were unable to be in town for the closing. He was prompt in everything he did and was very friendly and helpful all the way through the process. We could not have had a better experience!"
